Jennifer Hargrave is a Chicago based artist with a BFA in Painting, a BFA in New Media, and an Art History Minor from the University of Illinois. Her work seeks to discuss New Media’s place in the academic Fine Art realm. By exploring topics including video games, femininity, the Internet, the artist as genius, and myth, she aims to explore our relationship to technology, and how it changes our perspectives on art, society, and the self.
